The IG in DC
Neron peaks in on Marvel and see's what Thanos did with the IG
He decides that he will try and make a team of baddies who can represent Each of the Gems so that they can take over the Earth. ( Not going for the universe, just One Planet at a time. )
What he has learned is that when the perfect Villians are picked to rep each gem, they amplify thier powers to the degree of the IG as one.

Your job is to pick 10 heroes who can work in sinc to prevent these guys from taking over.
This is DC Earth so only those Heroes can be used.
You realize by saying they increase their powers to the Level of the IG. Your saying its Power Gem + Whatever gem is represented...
