No. Not nearly. Hippolyta has been shown lifting tanks and shifting the direction of an airborne 747 under strain. She's about as strong as Rogue. Maybe more.

She did help train Diana, Which means she is almost as good a fighter. And I think she knows some Magic too. Tho she rarely used it. Hippolyta has no qualms about killing anyone. But I just can't see her beating wolverine. She carries a sword and shield but I dont' know if they are Godly Magical or Amazonian Tech/Science.

She carries the Sword of Hephastus given to her from Diana and a Themyscrian Shield.

She seems to have moderate superspeed too, since she can deflect bullets with Diana's bracelets too.

Well she got the sword. So Wolverine better get in a good swipe before she gets one in. Hers is a killer.
