Just because Superman can take on Darkseids' shots, doesn't mean everyone has a chance, when it's been stated specifically that he has some sort of unknown protection from his powers, believed to be directly from The Source by Darkseid.[And since he has not only seen The Source and beyond, but been one with it altogether, and probably most knowedable about it, save maybe Takion. . . I'll take his word for it.]
