Captain Marvel currently has the powers of SHAZAM...but he hasn't shown how to use it.
And CM3 and Lady Marvel are currently powerless anyway...

This still looks like a curbstomp in the Heralds' favor. Last I read, several of the Marvel Family were sharing the powers of Shazam. The power was divided up among them, and therefore they were weaker than if just one of them were using Shazam's power. Has that changed?
