both get 3 hours prep and access to what is in their arsonal that means batman can not use equipment that's not his like a boom tube or mother box green lantern ring or anything of that nature if it's not bat orianted it's not allowed,nick fury is head of S.H.I.E.L.D. but the fight is still just between the 2 of them no geting an army of shield agents to hunt down bats battle takes place in a neutral city....tampa bay they both have detailed maps
