no prep. the fights in Gotham City at night. and this is Batman Begins Batman and he has his suit from the movie with all of his gadgets including some more from the comics like: razor sharp batarangs with an acid-etched enhancement, exploding batarangs, an electric auto-tracking batarang, batarang bolas, grapple gun, adhesive explosives, mini mines, flashbangs, tear and nerve gas, mace, goo gun and tranquilizer gun with darts.
the SEALS have either M4s or M16s in which 5 of them have an M203 grenade launcher attatchment, M1911A1 Colt .45 handguns, survival knives and comm devices.
i say Batman takes it, but mainly just because of all of his gadgets and weaponry i gave him. but im not sure if the Nomex survival suit could stop a rifle round at an angle.. what do yall think?
im saying they probably cant see him when hes up on his grapple wires. which is what this version of Batman did. and some of the SEALS have grenade launchers.
