3. 1 elite Navy Seal

How far does he get? No weapons...just a straight up fist fight/wrestling brawl...in other words...MMA style contests.

He beat down Booster Gold in H2H

Once dodged an arrow,ran up to the bowman and started strangling him with the bow.

And he once went a round with Aquaman and did Ok iirc.

Nope,he was in his suit,and had to fight two normal human thugs before hand,and he may have been groggy,but Joker beat him down,Rip hunter had to pull him back to the timestream to save his life IIRC.

Heh,he smacked Booster in the head with Skeets at one stage.
