... what the hell is team 2 going to do to hourman w/ worlogog.... or Dr. Fate whom at peak as a Lord of Order is a cosmic entity/borderline cosmic entity. Jakeem Thunder wishes them out of existence. Alan Scott full on sentinal mode w/ starheart... come on. That's them at their most powerful and that's all that they'll need. Unless of course you want to give supes the sword of superman/cosmic armor.

And Android Hourman was on Morrison's JLA. He invented the guy. And he was more powerful at that time. JSA got the watered down version. :/

Booster Gold and Blue Beetle and Metamorpho were never Morrison League.

I assume he was just talking most powerful *lineups* rather than strongest version of everyone on each lineup.

Hourman didn't have the full worlogog while on the team, Hector, while strong, never got up to Kent Nelson/cosmic entity level. Jakeem doesn't really do that. Starheart Alan came later. Likewise Ion Kyle Rayner was a bit after Morrison as well.

I would say JLA. More numbers and slightly more heralds. Though not a stomp, because the JSA does have potential game changers like Jakeem.

Problem with people like Jakeem is, is that people like the Flash easily counter him. Cheap? Yes. But under Morrison was the Flash with the IMPs and the 'scanning the entire crowd AFTER a laser was fired' feats...

Lol my bad, I misread that! Wally would lap Barry several times lol. Still not sure what any of them could do against Morrison's Batman and Flash. Kyle was pretty uber too, but he was still a bit....green. Get it?
