Dr. Strange from High above earth teleports all of the juggernauts into the chambers of love. They may be all powerful... but they'll all lose the desire to fight.

Isn't as easy as you think. Thor was only able to do so for 60 seconds and even then he wasn't able to completely diconnect Cain as he still had some power this using one of the strongest magical items in the MU. And each Juggernaut would have to have their own seperate connection even Doc. Strange isn't strong enough to completely disconnect them all if he could disconnect one.
need i remind you what happened last time strange messed with cain marko... when he was the juggernaut? it wasnt pretty for dr. strange. you might want to re-evaluate and stop back in.
