Hulk dies very fast. Thor has a chance, but SS or Phoenix take it. I don't know enough about P to make a clear answer yet but I am pretty sure she wins.

Try using it then. This is without PIS. Flash has shown he can take Supes, if you know so much you should know how Flash wins.

Wait, someone thinks WWH can beat Thor, Silversurfer, or the Pheonix? This has gone too far.... ANYWAY, if we are talking the old Jean Grey Pheonix, I gotta give it to her. She somewhat unnerved Galactus, which I think says a lot. Surfer and Thor would have to team up to stand a chance.
