bentenmaru seems to be the weakest of the 4 emporers, almost pure physcial strength. but his skin's pretty much unpenetrable and even if he's hurt, he can trap the sword or fist in his body to use some ultimate attacks. and he creates crators in the ground by swinging his arms.

The FTL is debatable though. There are no feats concerning them actually moving that fast. Most of it is just narrative hyperbole.
