Advanced accelerated Healing factor
- Wolverine's healing factor is increased by 300%
- Advanced natural pain suppressors.
- Berserker rage increased 200%
* Does not grant extra strength or endurance
Spiderman's Abilities
- Spiderman-level agility, speed and flexibility, durability.
- includes wall-crawling
- includes spider-sense.
* Does not include increased Strength
Increased Strength
- 25 tonne strength class
Organic Steel Transformation
- ability to transform his exterior into organic steel, much like Colossus'.
- Durability of shell is comparable to Colossus'.
* His healing factor will only work at 30% to heal his exoskeleton. However, he can revert back to normal at any time to heal up quickly.
* Does not grant extra strength or endurance
Death Spores and Tendrils
- Similar to those of Omega Red.
- Further increased healing factor by 80%.
Invisibility
- Invisible to visible, IR and UV spectrums.
Optic Blasts
- Much like the ability of Cyclops.
* Does not give Wolverine Cyclop's level of accuracy.
Shape-Shifting
- Much like the ability of Mystique.
- Perfect imitation - even scent.
Duplication
- Much like the ability of Multiple-Man.
* Clones limited to 3.

There are people that would already argue Wolverine trumps spider-man in the speed/agility/reflex and durability department, and they probably have on-panel proof to boot..
personally, give him Invisibilty - maximum stealth.

^ Suddenly reminded me of those invisible melee units in starcraft. Forgot what they're called.
Which were ripped off from the Predator anyway. I think Predator came out first.
