I don't really know much about Cap U Spiderman, but I remember Doom saying his power was insane. Lets just assume that he is SS level or higher, I think that 6 is an interesting battle, which they could win or lose depending on how tough Spidey really is. Warlock is like Kryptonite to SS IMO because their souls have melded before, so because of that I don't know that they should beat 7.
