Logan is immortal for other reasons. Not due to his healing factor.

Sabretooth can give Hulk a decent fight but at the end of the day he is fighting only to lose. Sabretooth's healing factor will alow him to stay in the game for a while but he won't t ever have a chance of actually winning, there is nothing one or even four Sabretooths could do to over whelm the Hulk's healing factor.
