This debate is SHC rulings, meaning:
You cannot base a debate on what is possible, because it hasn't been done yet. Instead, you have to take into account fighting skills, ways they fight, if they would kill, etc to come up with who wins.
So, in that case: Vixen vs Spider-Man. Streets of New York. Who goes down first?
Superherochat. A forum with different debate rulings. It works more on what has happened in the past than what's possible. Here's a small example:
Lets say someone says that Ben Grimm would tear someone in two. Now, using a CBR system like this site does, you can say some of the dumber stuff and either get away with it, or get PIS called on you. With the SHC system, you have to take into account Ben Grimm's past, and the fact he'd never kill anyone.
Another thing about it is that you can't just go blathering "PIS! PIS!" every time someone has a feat you don't like, or won't accept. Everything is taken into account, both high showings and low.
hmmm interesting, I like this idea as it seems it would more accurately represent how characters are portrayed in comics as opposed to some of them being Gods on KMC.
Wait just a minute. I never bitched about anything. I'm just wanting to see how this would run when you take what's happened instead of what people say would happen.
What's wrong with wanting a factual debate?
Also, I read through the CBR rules before, and know them like the back of my hand. There's nothing against asking for a different school of rulings.

Basing it on Spider-Man's record against mid-tiers and dodging, Spider-Man only takes 6/10, taking into account the fact that he's been dropped like a bad habit by street levelers.
Yeah.. weird that ... he tags people like Speed Demon and Quicksilver, goes toe to toe with guys like Lizard and Venom, avoids Iron Man and Electro all day long ... but somehow he still managees to occasionaly get hit by the Punisher and Kingpin.
That's just part of his character. He usually just does something that leaves himself open, like when he fought Taskmaster and got a ricocheted Baton to the back of his head when he put Tasky in a full nelson.
