Demigods or Human Sods?

We know that DC tends to fill its pages with prose about how their top tiers are the demigods that walk the earth.

The Supermen, the Martians, the Marvels, the Green Lanterns, the Clay Bitches.

But who else would fall into that classification?

Plasticman?
Firestorm?
Captain Atom?
Dr.Fate?
Thanagarians?
Tamarans?? (Starfires people)
The Manhunters?(GL villains)

Who in Marvel would get that illustrius title?

The Thundergods?
Surfer?
Nova?The *****
Stardust?
Fallen One?
Morg?
Terrax?
*Not including that loser Firelord tho*
Hulk?
Quasar?
Nova?
Gladiator?

Who else?

Would the Thing make the cut?
Namor?
Hyperion?
Ms. Marvel?
Ironman?
Wonderman?
Pym?
Human Torch?

And if these characters are Demigods and demigoddesses, ie half gods in overall power, then who're the real Gods? Is it Darkseid? Odin? Thanos? Sentry?

Or must we go higher to Galactus, and Celestials to reach the truly godly? Imperiex and his ilk in DC?

Do you feel some heroes might be above the class of demigod? If so, which ones?
