ok. Frank and Bruce have come to terms with their disagreements concerning their different ways of fighting crime. ones a killer, one isnt. so what.?
theyre two of the coolest comic characters ever, and they both get the job done w/o relying on superpowers. so they'll team up. because the government set up a major task force to take them out, as in their opinion, they've been a 'threat to society' and thus, classified as criminals.
the fights in No Man's Land Gotham, with 2 weeks of prep. at night. and they get a max of 1 week to rest and/or recover from any injuries sustained between each fight, if needed.
Bats has his suit from No Man's Land and standard equipment but with a little extra goodies like: acid etched and explosive batarangs, auto tracking batarangs, 2 foot acetylene torch, laser torch, knock out gas capsules, white phosphorous, gas mask and all his vehicles with cloaking devices.
NO: Boom tubes, motherboxes, GL rings, spaceships, laser weapons or any assistance from the JLA or Superman, whatsoever. thats just cheap, IMO. it doesnt fit Batmans image of just being a street leveler, which is what I like.
Punisher: all warehouses available stocked full of weapons that i dont even feel like listing. he also has his bulletproof Dodge Charger rigged with weapons, a Harrier Jet as well, AC-130 gunship, an Apache Helicopter and an Adamantium tank.

They don't have enough fire power not to mention then hit nothing. The characters they are aiming at could simply hide through out the city and punisher and batman would be screwed if the wasted all there ammo blowing up the city,
Every BatVehicle, a bulletproof Dodge Charger rigged with weapons, a Harrier Jet, an AC-130 gunship, an Apache Helicopter and an Adamantium tank. Plus they have all of the Punisher's BurtGummer like arsenal.

there are no batvehicles. is ti enough to destroy most of the city yes most likly. weill they actaully harm the hero's? not likly. spider senses will make sure of that. Hyper senses will also aid in that as well.
