It pretty much takes a microscopic flaw strike with a diamond bullet or a blast from a Celestial to harm her diamond form. She no-sold Laura's claws in AvX too.

She might not be able to tag him, but I can't see him harming her at all and she'd win a battle of attrition. No hunger, fatigue, etc.

She got kablooeyed by Thor while she had Phoenix powers.

And Iron Fist is like Thor coupled with 3 big bangs, so...

PIS. She has never been rendered unconscious before in diamond form, and it's a feature of the form that has long been acknowledged by writers. Hell, when she was shattered into pieces she was still conscious and held her mind together with telepathy.
