Death and Eternity play an important role in the Marvel Universe. IB does also. Dr. Strange doesn't. He's depowered. Again, Eternity=Death>Order and Chaos>IB>Elders

i dont know what your chart is suppose to mean the fact is that death is the weakest of the cosmics she hasnt ever shown any great powers to put her on par with eternity, galactus, or above order and chaos and above the IB and elders
