Leech. without his healing factor, wolverine will slowly die from adamantium poisoning and a few other things.

as long as logan can't move away or knock him out, just being in leech's presence for too long will kill him.

I think that's about as weak of a character as I can think of though.

yes due to teh fact his soul will bring him back from the dead. issue 48 explains it in some detail.
