DC Atlantis is still in ruins after Spectre's attack and has yet to even start rebuilding. Right now they consist of a bunch of no name Atlantean soldiers, the new Aquaman, [SPOILER - highlight to read]: an amnesiac Tempest who can breath neither air not water and they're being lead by Mera. Why, in the latest Aquaman issue one (albeit pretty powerful) man waltzed through whatever little defenses they did have (a few guards and the new Aquaman) and proceeded to [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Kill the Dwellar in the depths. The original Aquaman (though most people don't think it's actually as cut and dry as that).

So yeah... Marvel Atlantis in a stomp.
