Potc Video Games

Has anyone played the vide games for Pirates? I was reading an article about the new one for the third movie. I was thinking about how awesome the movie is going to be.. and I might have to buy the game cause it'll be awesome too!

I have the first POTC game on Gameboy Advance and it wasn't so great. I couldn't get past a certain level either.. I never finished it smile

Jack didnt even look like Jack. He didn't even have the same clothes!

I think this next one (Not on GBA) will be awesome though.

let me see...I LOVE the game, The Adventures of Jack Sparrow for PS 2. And I've played DMC on Nitendo DS.

Maybe. Sorta. In the DMC book it ended with bootstrap saying "Turns out Jack couldnt even best the devil.." or soemthing like that. So there was no Tia's shack at the end. And other things were a bit shrunken or reworded of course..

yeah, for the novelization, they have quite a few things changed, but they can't change the big details, so you get the basic picture. I know i'm going to be tempted to read it.

Here's the game trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAPZ2VlziSQ. It looks pretty good, but I wish you could control the ships in the game like in the first POTC game. I loved the first one because you could control the ships and steal or sink other ships.
