Question about Darkseid's power?

In one story, it was shown that if Darkseid was removed from the Dc universe, the entire universe itself would erase. If your power is that important to your universe wouldn't that put on Odin's level or even Galactus. Another question I have is about the New Gods true forms. Is it true thier the size of a universe? I've been dying to see the scan, where that statement was made, can someone please show it to me?

DS is powerful in theory, but never in practice...as he is basically Superman's whipping boy.

But the thing about Darkseid's power being important to the universe isn't just theory, it was shown on panel and I've seen it myself.
