If there is no prep how is LL and GG gonna stop Superman? Let alone Superman and Spider-man. Hell Spidey could take these 2 out by himself aswell probaly.
dont mess with him - luthor could win by himself though.
he will just grab a chunk of crystal and kryptonite dip a bit of wter on it and throw it in supes face he is out,
GG kills mary jane and aunt may and makes spiderman chase him until he runs out of web.
the luthor comes back with his suit that blast super hot rays of energy then he blows spiderman up.
or the suns light could shine off luthor's head and make super man overload, then he makes the light super extra double in parkers eyes causing his brain to fry.
Luthors powers: criminal mastermind,master resources,intelligence,
and control light when it reflects of his head.
