Spiderman is faster, stronger, a precog, and has all that webbing.
You can't even give cap the experience edge, since spiderman has been fighting superhumans since at LEAST the time cap was thawed out, and his rogues gallery is by far more dangerous than cap's is.
How long would cap last against the sandman? the lizard? venom? Any of the Goblins? Carnage? Morlun? Dr. Octopus? Juggernaut? The Entire X-men roster? Firelord?

I'm not sure who "Sppiderman" is, but if he's something like Spiderman to the power of p-squared, then I have no doubts he'll wreck Cap.

dam I'd like to see Cap wins... however little chances for that. Maybe if he were fighting pre-Other Spidey not focused on the fight... DD gave a hard time to Pete. Cap did it to DD.
