Beatrice from Kill Bill survived being shot in the head, she only has one life.

Catwoman has 9, nine bullets may only be enough to take one of her lives.

Well, in the movies, Shrek shot her a couple times in the gut and she counted off two lives.

But without prep he probably loses. Unless he blinds her with some acid in the eyes.
