With Force field up the He might take it, but with it down they might win, not sure how tough his armor is with out it.

He destroys these muty scum.

His reaction time, is teh sex, and Exodus was able to dodge an attack by Havok, and one shotted him pretty hard.
Biclops gets beat down pretty hard as well.

Depends on who gets the drop on who first. Since theres 2 against Iron Man where he doesnt have the force field, I'd say they most likely take it, not to mention, their attacks combined are easily more powerful.
