Which characters of Marvel or DC earths can defeat Galactus by having access to Thanos level tech and three years of prep.
We will skip characters that can beat Galactus in their own right or without needing the tech.

To tell you the truth if Doom can use watcher tech he can probably use Thanos level tech and it wouldnt take that long at all.

Well hes got 3 years.....Doom could possibly do what Thanos does but in luch greater time ie get infinity gems and **** like that.

On a side note: I always thought Doom is at least as smart / cunning as Thanos.

Thats what I thought really.....I kinda got the impression people do job a bit to Thanos.

That was in "The End", great mini series.
It means Thanos thinks Doom is dangerous enough to keep an eye on.
