I dont think even the current marvel could beat SBP.
let alone any version captian marvel.

Current Cap isn't as invulnerable as PC Cap Marvel. They had to change the power level of him, because there were many stories where Black Adam and Cap were wailing on each other and neither of them felt a thing. So physical attacks don't work on him.
As for strength, Cap is just as strong as Pre-Crisis Superman, who he has stalemated. And taking on Pre-Crisis Mr. Atom, who lifted the Rock of Eternity.
PC Cap was a beast and waaaay above top tier.
