Woverine vs. Darkoth (with Soul Sword)

Darkoth: He has Promethium bones, and the Soul Sword that Illyanna used to have when she ruled Limbo. Intangibility, prehensile tail which can be used as a bludgeon or whip, fatigue-causing energy projected from "firehorn" antennae
Poison Talons, ability to fly, and strength enough to put up a good fight against Thing and Thor.

As a matter of fact, I don't think there are a lot of characters that can take him, below the Cosmics.

He's definitly not losing to any street levelers, with the possible exception of Ghostrider.
