I have to say that Batman with the armor would be a terror for anyone, he has a very disturbed psyche. This could make the armor a threat for the entire earth. Or it could make the armor less potent as Batman hates the idea of killing, so he might be fighting the possession which in turn may lead to his defeat. This could go either way.
