Isn't Steel at his 'peak' wearing the Aegis Entropy armor?
and if that is the case, is it really wise to match someone wearing that against Storm?
Google Aegis Entropy (although I'd hope that would be unnecessary because you had the issues it appeared in, but if not .....)

There is a long running gag on this forum (started by Rutog and a few other storm fanatics) that Storm is a cosmic entity above Eternity. 
Thus, things like Storm is cosmic, lightning in teh brain!!11, and other weird phrases.
