ISD vs. ISD II

I know that the ISD II is better than the first but I'm not sure how much better it is. Could anyone elaborate on how much better the second is than the first? (I believe this should be posted in EU, but it is a versus question, as in differences and similarity's.)

Just compare the numbers from these pages and you'll have quite a knowledge of both iterations of the ISD.
