Outlaw was quite alright, it seemed similar to Cowboy Bebop but CB will always be the best space anime. wink

outlaw is constantly re runing on toonami other here in england just wish they wuld bring out a new series it took 2 years to be translated in to english the first time.

more than likely theyll leave it as it is.....and if they do ill be happy cuz the ending to it actually fit the story....and it didnt make me feel sad or disappointed....so yeah overall its a good series..

yeah i agree the way they ended the series was good but it left a gr8 opening for a new series to its way to good to stop it got me in to amimi.
does anybody know which came 1st cowboy Bebop or outlaw star?
(i know OS came out 1998)

No it didn't...well not the TV series at least that was 1998

Oh and Outlaw Star is my second fav anime series. I once tried to tape them all, so I could have the compelte series on VHS. But Toonami got the better of me and started it five minutes late one day (so the last five minutes were cut off) and then five minutes early the next (so I missed the start) mad

Hey I just registered here. I came here looking for Outlaw Star messageboards. I saw Outlaw Star back when it was on Toonami, but just when I was getting into it it went off the air. Anyway I thought of it from time to time since then, and I finally decided to get on DVD. My brother got it for me on DVD for my recent (it was March 12th) birthday (I asked for it). Now I've seen all the episodes (some of them twice) and I have to say it wasn't until I saw it this time that I realized how great it was. It definitely ties for my second favorite anime with Bebop... and almost all I watch on TV now is anime. I think the show is awesome. Oh and someone said that the show was 28 episodes... actually it's 26. I heard about the spinoff "Angel Links" and plan on getting it.
