Before they get close to Itachi, Spider-Man will already be dead, nailed in the head by a shuriken. Itachi has demonstrated the neccesary throwing speed and precision to archieve that with fair ease, even if he had to make more throws before hitting. Now, for Hulk... With Itachi's insane speed, taking distance from the rest of the team should be easy. He can cause days of unbelievable pain to Hulk inside of his mind in just one second. No healing factor helps here, Hulk's mind can't recover. Broken, he would transform into an now mentally weak Bruce Banner and get nailed by a quick shuriken throw. Wolverine would most likely go offensive before Cap, and would then go insane and weak... Just like Hulk. Having learned of his teammates faults, Cap would not fall for the Sharingan illusions just like that, and Itachi would be pretty exhausted. Still, that would not make up for the power, speed, skill and arsenal differences: Itachi wins.
One Naruto character just nailed Marvel's greatest heroes.
From the comic series Naruto. He was a supposed villain, but most of the whole plot was just a part of his plan of good intentions... It was discovered after he was killed in battle against his little brother, Sasuke, despite him holding back.
Sasuke moves with early Dragon Ball speed, and Itachi was way faster than Sasuke, they were even when Itachi held back and tried just to match Sasuke's strenght perfectly.
Gaara's sand shield moved at the speed of sound. Chunnin exam Sasuke was faster. CS2 Sasuke was 10x faster then that. Itachi was faster then Sasuke.
Also Kakashi apparently cut through a lightening bolt with his Chidori.
Seriously there isn't a thing anyone can do. If they make eye contact they will be trapped in a paraylizing genjutsu where he kill them... or make them kill themselves. If the look at his hands? Samething. And he doesn't even need to do that to win. He could bust out Sassano (sp) and his soul sword and kill everyone there in a single swing.

Before the Chuunin exam (or during I forget) a Soundnin tried to kill Gaara. Gaara's sand was faster then his sound attack. During the Sound Four arc (or maybe after when Kimmamaru showed up) the CS2 was said the boost your stats 10x.
