Magus W/ Afro can kill Black Adam in Five billion different ways. Hell, the plain Adam Warlock of those days could beat Black Adam, and Magus is so far beyond him it's not even funny.

Magus W/ Ponytail can stalemate Black Adam.

There are 2 Magus's. One in which Warlock became evil in the future because of the Inbetweener ( thats the one with the afro), and the other is when Warlock separated both good and evil from his body. The difference is that the Magus(afro) still had both good and bad personalities inside him. He was a whole person and not the incomplete being the Magus was during the IW.

The original Magus would probably win. He was able to beat down Thanos, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure about the Magus from IW.

Infinity War was okay. He's pretty much Warlock minus Soul gem.
