What?

If Spider-man lands one hit on either of those two, they will go down. Its not with in Midnighters abilities to put Wolverine down for the count (look out for his mild super strength and clubs Wolverine! Your healing factor is no match!!!) and it is barely doable for Deathstroke.

One Hit hit from Spider-man would rupture every single organ in their body. They are neither durable enough to withstand it nor do they heal fast enough to recover before the fight is over.
