Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist: Anticipation!
(please log in to view the image)
With this movie coming out Oct. 3, it's past time we had an anticipation thread for it!
I absolutely love Michael Cera, and it looks like he's really showing a lot of the same deadpan humor he had in Arrested Development, which is one of my favorite shows ever. I love the thing with the taxi in the trailer, which, if you haven't seen it, view immediately!

Okay, first things first, I love your icon. James Franco = love.
Second: YES. That quote is classic George Michael. I love getting to see Cera do his thing again, I think it looks more like him in this movie than in Juno.
I normally don't buy into marketing gimmicks, but they have a make your own widget thing that's really kinda cute (took up waaay too much of my time at work today).

Cheesy?! See, I think the exact opposite! It doesn't strike me as your typical romantic comedy. I'm not even sure it's a romantic comedy at all... well, only so much as Garden State or Juno were romantic comedies. It seems funky and indie and I like it.
I think I'll check this out. I tend to like movies that take place over the course of a single night. Cera has been solid so far, and Kat Dennings wasn't bad in Charlie Bartlett.

I actually really like Michael Cera, I think he's hilarious.
But I have to admit, I was not at all interested in this movie, until I heard that his character is in a queer-core band. So I might just see it because of that. I dunno.
michael cera is a terrible actor, arrested development is the most overrated piece of shit ive seen{close to the office though, speciallly the american version}. kate dennings is hot. im looking forward to this movie.
