Besides the fact he's always won? How about his ultimate defense? Or the fact Byakugan can tell what a person is going to do so he can counter Lee's speed. Or the fact Lee himself has admitted to not being able to charge straight in because of tunnel vision while he's moving at his full speed so he'll do that whole run around thing he did against Gaara. Or the fact Neji can take more hits from Lee than Lee can take from Neji. All Lee really has is his speed going for him. Neji has everything else. Being faster doesn't mean Lee can win.

Neji would win, the only chance Lee has is if he opens up his gates, but Neji probably would defeat him before he could, and even if he did, that still might not beable to get through Neji's Kaiten. Neji is alot smarter and much more skilled, if Lee gets hit even once it could be over.

actually kakashi is the one who got tunnel vision and thats only when he does the chidori.

how can neji take more hits when he has a glass jaw naruto hit him once and he was down and out for the count

Lee even says he couldn't see a counter attack and couldn't charge straight in during Sasuke/Gaara fight when Sasuke charges straight in. The same reason Chidori is pointless for anybody who doesn't have sharingan.

Neji was also in the explosion, had his guard down, and was hit by Kyuubi Naruto.

neji should have been able to see him underground because if sasuke could see chakra underground he can. so its only his fault.

and sasuke was hit by kyubbi naruto countless times and still got up why couldnt neji

sasuke was not ready for that punch naruto blitzed him and gave him a combo, kicked him in the air and slammed him into the water

Yea he was. He was in the middle of a fight trying to kill Naruto. Neji thought he had won already and was unprepared because his Byakugan was off and he was cocky. There is also the whole Sasuke > Neji thing.

he wouldnt have an answer to that. all people will say is the rotation but i think lee is fast enough to stop neji from even starting that move or he could just wait till he is finished spinning and beat his ass

Its not like Neji will do kaiten before Lee hits so how will he wait? And it doesn't need to complete to block. If Neji's kaiten has become like his Uncles also Lee couldn't even get close cause his area was huge.
