Neron is a tricky fellow. He is often compared to Mephisto or Loki. He has corrupted a lot of villains such as Joker and Lex luthor and superheroes alike. But besides that, the only thing he has done is killed Mongul.

I don't know much ofhis feats. Maybe you can explain his battle or strength feats. If Tyrant resist Nerons offer, I say Tyrant wins this battle for sure. If he gives in. Tyrant loses his soul.

Really that's the only thing he did? I say he is slightly above Depowered Tyrant.
