How about his life force absorption?

Not realistically. Cap would have to wear down Red with shield strikes and I doubt he couple hold his breath that long(especially while trying to avoid Red's tentacles).

Ah. Well he could never beat him with either the Death Spores or the absorption because they're just not the kind of thing Cap's equipped to deal with. He might be able to pull one or two wins if Red didn't use either of them, but Red's all but tailor made to take down Cap so I have a hard time giving Cap a win even in that scenario. Cap's game is defense via shield, and I'm pretty sure Red's tentacles move too fast for Cap to successfully defend against both of them long enough to take Red out.

to be honest I dont think capt would stand a chances, but I dont think he stands a chances vs cyber either, so you never know.

omega reds real strong too, and he has a strong healing factor and crazy armor.

By issues you mean Omega beats Wolverine every time they fight? Sometimes in a curbstomp?
I'd wish for 2 things in Russia's portrayal in MU.
1) show a big program, like Weapon X, with OR as component of it; in other words - some other ... Red characters besides Epsilon or Omega. Cap or Wolverine: Weapon X would be a good place to do so.
2) admit that Russia's space fleet is the best in the world. ^^
With that reverence to Mother Russia i will be happy.
