This is hard to answer because on one hand Wroth was said to be one of the few beings in the Image Universe with the capability of injuring Pitt. Wroth clearlyhad the advantage over Pitt until Pitt became more beastial, which I've never seen Wroth do.
WWHulk on the other hand beat the Sentry, but these days the Sentry seems to have lost some steam making it seem as if WWHulk wasn't as tough as he seemed.
Going by WWHulks greater feats, I'm going to say that he would defeat Wroth, but it would be quite a fight. Sentry's low showings over the past few months however sticks a sharp pin into the hype of him doing so well against WWHulks so this is why this is very hard to judge.
Wroth would be able to beat the X teams (barring Juggernaut) that WWHulk ran over.
