wow tuff fight but i might have to go with rachel for the fact that she had powers befor she became a host.

Hmmmm, rachels psi powers added to the phoenix force for the win
I think giraud had a couple of great feats, but rachel taking out a herald of galactus, and then throwing that herald and knocking the big G down, well i will go with rachel
