The Justice League of America VS Thor

Thor has the Odinpower and the magic rune thingies. Can the 7 most important Justice League characters stop him?

Superman is sun dipped, WW has her armor, sword & shield, Batman is wearing powered armor like what he had in Kingdom Come, the Green Lantern can just make whatever constructs he wants, I can't think of anything for the others.
