Not if you count quantifiable feats, considering Sephiroth is easily faster than Cloud, who is a casual bullet-timer while weakened.

Having defeated Cloud (which is what should�ve happened) and successfully destroyed the planet with the meteor, Sephiroth slashes the air with his Masamune with unseen speed and rips the universe a new a-hole. He climbs through shredded curtain of space and finds himself in an odd looking world, face to face with an orange haired warrior� to be continued (by someone else because i've only just started reading Bleach and dont realy know it - but so far so good) rock
