So far we know Thanos own both character separately and base on that is enough.

That's kinda like saying that 5 > 3 one day, and 5 > 3 another day, therefore 5 > (3 + 3) based on either single days results.

Speed won't or hasn't been an issue. Thanos can erect shields anywho to negate that advantage. These characters combined still aren't as durable and to me don't bridge the enormous gap.
