Actually, he can beat MM Link pretty easy, he doesn't have the mastersword.
Technicly though, MM and OoT Link are the same. |:<
Also, without Zelda TP Link loses, he shouldn't be the last in the gauntlet, as he has no magic power of his own. Which is.. odd. No light arrows = bad.

The problem with SL's theory here is that any Link holding the master sword is protected from Ganondorf's power by plot device. Ganon can bring incredible power down on the characters we debate here because they're not defended by the sword, lol.
We know Ganon can rip holes in dimensions at will, merge them with a thought, and steal souls. He has TK powerful enough to passively levitate an entire castle without concentration. Zant with only a fraction of his power TK'd a light spirit and Link, insta-winning. Link didn't have his plot device at the time.

To my recollection, Ganon actually let Link awaken the Sages in OOT in order to bring Zelda out of hiding. In most other cases, he was either manipulating another pawn (TP and ALTTP), uninvolved directly (Oracle games and TP), or in a less powerful state (WW). So I'm thinking that the PIS was in part because of Ganon's interference (or lack thereof).
Ganondorf has always had the Triforce of Power. He's not gonna make it past fully-equipped LoZ Link.
He may have a chance with MM Link, since we don't know how the Fierce Deity Mask would fare against Ganny. And he'd beat TP Link alone, because TP Link doesn't have the Light Arrows.
This gauntlet, though, he loses the very first battle.

Pretty much mirrored my thoughts, minus the FD Link thing. I don't think the mask would be a great deal of help without the master sword or light arrows.
