Did you see what he did before his fight with Surfer?
He put together Providence, held it in midair. Detonated 247 missiles, and threw the energy into the atmosphere. Etc.
Held up Providence, and fought Surfer while simultaneously helping repair all the damage they caused to the island.
If he starts fresh, there is absolutely no chance that he burns himself out.
Yes I saw what he did, and fighting Magneto would take more energy since he is doing it over a short amount of time instead of those feats which were spread out.
He basically did the feats in a row. He never had time to recover really. Plus, even if he was fresh in the Surfer fight. He was fighting a Surfer who didn't give a shit. He was worried about repairing damage to a massive area. And, he was holding up well... basically an island at the time.
Really, are you going to compare that to fighting without a hinderance to Magneto?
SS wasn't really fighting Cable until he oneshotted him, all they were doing is flying around and causing damage.
And yes, Cable did have down time between some of those feats. Fighting Magneto would use more energy in a short amount of time which would cause him to burn out faster than he showed in C&D.
Who did Cable have an actual fight with doing his time as "Jesus" Cable that was on par with Magneto?
Spitting out power... means what? He was hitting him with energy the whole time he was charging with him.
Ya, and it all accumulated in the end. At the start, Cable knew he would burn out. And some of his feats he had less than an issue to deal with. Cable was helping repair all the damage him and Surfer cost during the whole time Surfer took him halfway across the world. Cable will not be repairing damage. Cable will not be holding up something that God only knows how many millions (billions more than likely actually) of tons it weighs. Cable will not be fighting something as powerful as the Surfer. Rachel with the Phoenix had extreme trying to hold up Providence. Cable had to help her.

Spitting out power means they are actually attacking each other? Then why when SS finally actually blasted Cable with energy in one shot he almost killed him?
I understand that Rachel had a low showing, or at the time she did not have the full Phoenix Force.
Now again, who did Cable fight for an extended period who was on Magneto's level?
He has done it before. Cyclops is able to tag speedsters with a shot.
If this wasn't Jesus Cable then I would probably agree but the fact that it is pretty much tips the scales in their favor. Magneto will have a hard time with this one.
I think Cable just took the shot because before that he just lost his offensive edge and will. He just said "I've ran out of time" Which leads you to assume that he was burned out. I'm not an expert on this situation so feel free to disagree because I won't say you're wrong.
