PowersInorganic Psionic Transmutation: allows him to mentally restructure glass, plastic, and metal to anything within his imagination. He can psionically levitate objects made of any of these three substances. Jeffries can psionically rearrange parts of machinery into various forms, and he is particularly skilled at psionically restructuring machinery into duplicating the form and functions of parts of the human body. Jeffries can also psionically manipulate metal on the atomic and molecular levels.
Fraternal Psychic Link: Madison could psychically sense the presence of his brother Lionel within a certain range.
Intuitive Inventor: He also seems to have a talent for design similar to that of Forge.It has been remarked by telepaths that his mind seems more like a machine than man.

PowersHer powers are psychokinetic and telepathic in nature.
Telepathy: ability to read minds of others and project thoughts. Also allowing from telepathic communication between two or more individuals over vast differences.
Psychic Blast: She has used psychic energy as a projectile.
Aura of Confidence: Batman has long noted her ability to create an aura of trust and confidence within the people around her, allowing a group to work together easily.
Psychokinesis: She has shown the power to levitate both enemies and inanimate objects. The limits of her powers are unknown, but she has been seen raising entire skyscrapers when needed and she once destroyed an entire fleet of alien space ships (though the effort left her exhausted).
Flight: ability to propel herself through the air unaided by telekinesis
Teleportation: ability to teleport entire groups of people by telekinetically moving them between two points in space.

Powers/Abilities: Circuit Breaker's cyborg parts enable her to store and direct large amounts of electricity. She also has magnetic powers of attraction and repulsion that allow her to fly. She has at least some degree of control of electric power in nearby machinery, which at least once allowed her to swiftly reprogram computers. Her suit also served as a surrogate nervous system, allowing her complete motion despite her damaged natural nervous system. Even without her bodysuit, Josie Beller is a very skilled technician.
