Fight takes place in the Morlock Tunnels under Manhattan. Callisto has kidnapped Selena Kyle and plans on having Masque disfigure her face. Batman and Nightwing take to the sewers to mount a rescue but run into Caliban and Marrow. Caliban one shots Nightwing and Marrow says Batman is hers.

batman can beat her, but she can always pull a possum cheapshot like she did to wolverine.
it could work on batman once he realizes how young she is and the fact that she's an urchin living in sewers because she's a mutant. bam!, slit throat.
marrow could protect her self from being one shotted with bone armor. she can then wait for bats to get close for a throat slit when bats drops his guard.
Batman engages in melee combat with the likes of Ra's Al Ghul, Thanagarians, Deathstroke, and Amazonians. I seriously doubt she is going to slit his throat.
